Counseling Services |
| |
Brief individual, couples and family
counseling is offered in English and Spanish.
- Personal Empowerment Program (PEP): Provides support and education to end the cycle of domestic violence. For more information please contact Human Options at 949-757-3635.
- Life Skills Program: Ongoing 6 week program that includes the following topics: self esteem, anger management, communication, depression and healthy relationships.
Our mental health providers and educators
are available to schools and community groups for
educational presentations in English and Spanish.

Health Care Access Services |

Our Health Access Program offers services at the Center or in your home at no cost. This program is for families with children 0-5 years of age needing application assistance for Healthy Families or Medi-Cal health insurance. Learn how to use your health plan and to access medical care for your child.

WIC |
| |
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a supplemental nutrition program for low-income women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding, and children under 5. WIC provides vouchers for specific foods, nutrition and breastfeeding education, and family health resources. WIC services are provided in Suite 250, adjacent to the SOCFRC. The South Orange County Family Resource Center provides a variety of classes for youth on a quarterly basis. Topics can include social skills, anger management, basic art skills and financial planning workshops.
