This program is for families with children 0-5 years of age needing application assistance for Healthy Families or Medi-Cal health insurance. WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a supplemental nutrition program for low-income women who are pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding, and children under 5.  WIC provides vouchers for specific foods, nutrition and breastfeeding education, and family health resources.  WIC services are provided at the SOCFRC by appointment only.  For more information about eligibility or program services please call (949) 488-7688.
